Haystack Homestead Mobile Farm Experiences is a North Carolina based mobile farm service offering mobile farm petting zoos, pony rides, & custom farm experiences for events of all kinds and sizes.
Our fully insured mobile farm experiences serve the NC Triad, Piedmont, Foothills, and beyond — and every booking with Haystack Homestead directly supports our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Serendipity Sanctuary.
Our team will work closely with you to customize a mobile farm experience to suit your event's theme and size. Whether it's a small intimate gathering or a large-scale cirtywide event, we are here to make it fun, educational, and magically memorable.
The Pony Ride Experience Includes:

Duration: 45 minutes of pony or unicorn riding fun.

Handlers: Two experienced 'pony wranglers' to lead the pony rides, interact with guests, answer questions, assist with mounting and dismounting children, and help with helmets (provided by us - though children may opt to bring their own helmet)..
🛻 Transportation up to 80 round trip miles is complimentary. (Longer distances will incur a travel fee based on distace. Exact fee will be included in estimate. )
*Please Note: Pony rides are for children who are: Under 110lbs | 5' tall
AND between the ages of 2yo - 13yo. Let us know the age and size of riders so we can bring the perfect pony for your guests.
Pony Rides
Party Pony & Unicorn Ride Pricing
Party Pony Rides – $280 & up depending on distance to event and length of session.
Unicorn Pony Rides – $295 & up depending on distance and length of session.
Pink Pony Rides - $310 & up depending on distance to event and length of session.
Each pony ride session lasts 45 minutes and can accommodate up to 30 children.
Standard sessions are 45 minutes - which can accompdate up to 30 children. Fewer children allow for longer ride times and, if time permits, possible second rides.
Pony Rides as an Add-On Experience
Pony rides may be added to our Mobile Farm experiencesn for prices starting at $195 per session. Rides are during farm corral petting zoo time.
Add-on pricing varies based on the Mobile Farm package selected, event size, and overall booking details.
Add-on pricing reflects the efficiencies of combining services during a single visit.
We proudly serve the Triad & Piedmont regions and beyond! Looking for a mobile farm experience |mobile petting zoo or pony rides a bit farther out? Just ask - we’re happy to arrange transportation to surrounding communities and regional events.
Cancellation Policy: At Haystack Homestead, the safety of our clients and animals is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, events cancelled due to inclement weather can be rescheduled within a 6-month period at no additional cost. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time to ensure your event is safe and delightfully memorable.
