Goats, sheep, mini-horses… and endless giggles! 😍 

Last weekend, Haystack Homestead’s Traveling Farm Experience brought the farm straight to the Apple Festival at Historic Bethabara Park in Winston-Salem—and what a blast it was!

From cloudy skies to sunny smiles—farm day was a hit!

The day started with a little weather worry, but the sun came out just in time for families to enjoy a perfect, fun-filled afternoon.

Kids (and adults!) got up close and personal with our adorable farm animals—from friendly goats, curious sheep, and full of personality cow - to delicate alpacas and a gentle mini-horse. The smiles, laughter, and “aww” moments were everywhere!

We loved meeting so many members of the community and sharing the joy of farm life with families of all ages. Moments like these are why we do what we do—bringing people closer to animals, nature, and each other.
